$500 Community Drawing — Official Rules

1. Sponsor
The $500 Community Drawing is sponsored by MI Home Hub. Contact information and full sponsor details will be published here.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Michigan who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of MI Home Hub and their immediate family members are not eligible.
3. How to Enter
There are two methods of entry, each producing one entry with equal odds:
- Project submission: Submit a home improvement project to the MI Home Hub Project Showcase at mihomehub.com/projects/submit. Upon approval by MI Home Hub staff, one entry is automatically created for the current active drawing cycle. No further action is required.
- Free entry: Complete the entry form at mihomehub.com/drawing. No purchase is required.
Limit one entry per person per drawing cycle, regardless of method. Duplicate entries will be removed.
4. Drawing Cycles
Entries accumulate within a drawing cycle. When a cycle reaches its target entry count, one entry is selected at random using a documented randomization process. The cycle closes and a new cycle opens. All active entries within a cycle have equal odds of being drawn.
5. Prize
One winner per drawing cycle receives $500. Prize is non-transferable and has no cash equivalent other than as stated. MI Home Hub reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Winner Notification
The drawn winner will be contacted via the email address provided at the time of entry. If a winner cannot be reached within 14 days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
7. Privacy
Personal information collected for entry purposes is used only to administer the drawing and contact winners. It will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required by law.
8. General Conditions
MI Home Hub reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the drawing at any time. Void where prohibited. These rules are subject to change; the current version is always available at this URL.
