Who Qualifies
Mid-Michigan homeowners facing real hardship — fixed income, elderly, or those with a medical need for reliable backup power. Recipients are selected quietly and respectfully.
What They Receive
A fully funded, professionally installed backup generator — or another home-critical project — at no cost to the family. Every install is done by a vetted MI Home Hub pro.
How It's Funded
Three community streams: online donations from neighbors, MI Home Hub pro sponsorships, and local-business Powering a Neighbor nights — all flowing into one transparent fund.
Powering a Neighbor Nights
A local restaurant or shop picks an evening and donates a share of sales to the fund. MI Home Hub provides the promotion and the community buzz. Easy for the business, meaningful for the family.
