#GoodNeighborGrantEvery year, MI Home Hub honors a Mid-Michigan neighbor who exemplifies the spirit of community — someone who gives their time, skills, and heart to make their neighborhood a better place. The selected recipient receives a home improvement grant funded by our community.
Who Qualifies
Any resident of Mid-Michigan who has made a meaningful, positive impact on their neighborhood or community.
What They Receive
The selected recipient receives a home improvement grant to address a pressing need on their property.
How We Fund It
A portion of every Pro membership fee goes directly into the Good Neighbor Grant fund, so businesses giving back to community.
