We vet them.

Same standard as every pro on the platform — license, insurance, background, reviews.

They sign on.

They pick a plan and their first payment clears.

You get paid.

Once they have stuck past the window, your reward is released.

We pay on pros who stick.

The $99 plan pays after 30 days. A Land Local Leads client pays after 60. If they cancel inside the window, no reward. Keeps the program honest — for you and for us.

Start small, grow later.

Refer a pro who starts on the $99 plan and later moves up to a Land Local Leads plan, and you get the bigger reward — the new plan's bounty, less what you already got. Applies for a year after your referral.
